From time to time, senior management and the Management Faculty team are required to take all steps to aid in the fight against ”intellectual property rights violation”, which includes adherence to the prevailing rules, regulations, statutes and laws of the copyright and trademark industries. The object is to ensure that HD Faculty and its respective client abide by all rules, regulations, statutes and laws of the respective jurisdictions wherein we and our respective client conduct our business affairs covering the infringement of copyrights and trademarks and the theft of trade secrets.
